One article in. Every site that could realistically link to it, out.

Type the address of one published article. seomantik-outreach defines its market, finds the sites already linking to pages on the same subject, reads every site it can reach and says plainly which it did not: 109 opportunities from one article. Each target gets a personalised pitch and two follow-ups.

Metered in campaigns and drafts, not briefsNeeds one published article.

What it does, in order

Seven steps: an article in, a pitched list out.

0Setup

Opens the campaign on the subscription and connects nothing but the feed. Your own mail server is optional, for sending later. One article is one campaign, never a whole domain.

→ Campaign opened
1The article and the market

The article gives the language and the terms. You name the countries. A .com does not mean the US, and a market is never assumed from the domain.

→ English and the head terms from the article · US from you
2The donor pool

Who links to the pages that already rank for the article's subject, who links to the rivals, which sites publish guest contributions or resource pages on that subject. Every URL variant swept so a site is never missed for a trailing slash. Page-level leads first, domain-level depth second.

→ 109 opportunities
3Qualification

Every candidate it can reach, probed and measured. Relevance in words, never a yes or no: has a page on the subject, has a category for the niche, broadly in the niche, unknown. The ask it actually offers: a guest post, a link on a page they already have, a place on a resource list, or a link where they already name you. Four asks, one per row. Its door page read rather than counted. Spam signals, whether they can be reached and how, language as a signal and never a filter. Nothing deleted: signals rank, you decide.

→ Every examined row with a written reason; what was not examined is counted, not hidden
4Pitches

One personalised pitch per target, with follow-ups, written from what the target actually publishes and checked for the classic failures: a title pasted mid-sentence, a form letter, a reciprocal link offered, a claim about them that is not in the record.

→ One pitch per target
5Sending

Conversational. You say who to contact; the session sends from your own address through your own mail connection, records every send, and reads replies back when asked. Every send and every reply is recorded on your disk, in the campaign folder.

→ Sent from your address
6The guest post

When a target wants one, seomantik-content writes it in a dedicated workspace, with the campaign article's link placed editorially.

→ Written by the writer

SubjectA readiness piece for your starter series

Hi, I run yourdomain.com, a small home-baking site. I was reading your float-test explainer this week, and the earlier piece on reviving a neglected starter, which is the one I send people to.

Anyone finishing those two asks the next thing: how do you know the starter is actually ready to bake with? Your series stops just before that question.

Would a piece on that fit, at the length you run? Two working titles: Five signs your starter is ready, or The float test, and what it misses. Happy to write whichever fits, or none. A link from the float-test page, or a spot on your starter resources list, works just as well.

Thanks, Alex · yourdomain.com
