Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to your purchase of the SEOMANTIK course. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. 14-day refund

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If the SEOMANTIK course is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

2. How to request a refund

Email us through the contact page with the email address you used at checkout and your order details, and we will process your request. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, as merchant of record, so you may also request a refund directly through them.

3. Third-party costs

Running the pipeline taught in the course requires third-party accounts and pay-as-you-go data credits that are billed to you directly by those providers and are not part of your purchase. We can't refund money you spend with third parties.

4. Billing errors

If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or believe a payment was unauthorized, contact us right away and we will investigate and correct any genuine billing mistake.
